What is the 'Attach my signature'
option?

If you check the
'Attach my signature' box, then the text
that appears in the signature box below will be appended to your
outgoing mail.

You can replace the default text
appearing in that box with your own customized signature.

If you uncheck the
'Attach my signature' box, then the
signature will not be appended to your outgoing mail.
